Peer Support

The purpose of peer counseling is to offer support and expert   advice for clients and their families as they address disability-related problems and issues. Qualified staff and volunteers work with consumers on an individual basis and several support groups are coordinated by the agency. Peer counselors share information, personal experiences and adaptive techniques that they have found useful in their adjustment to disability.
